Remote Bambu A1 Mini Repair

Job ID: 39891242

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

My Bambu Labs A1 Mini’s filament-cutter handle is stuck and will not release. I need someone who already knows this printer inside out to walk me through a safe, step-by-step hardware fix in real time over Zoom.

During the call I’d like to:
• Identify why the cutter lever is locking (possible spring tension, debris, or misalignment).
• Remove only the necessary panels without risking the mainboard or tool head.
• Inspect, adjust or replace the cutter mechanism, then re-calibrate and run a quick test print to confirm normal operation.

Please reply if you have hands-on experience repairing the A1 Mini (or other Bambu models with the same cutter assembly) and can share your screen, diagrams, or service manual excerpts while guiding me. A short note describing a similar fix you have completed and your estimated call length will help me choose quickly.

The filamanet cutter hand;le has been released. The handle or blade maybe jammed, or there could be an issue with the filament sensor connection.
