2-Minute Avatar Explainer Video
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a finished script for a two-minute product introduction aimed at prospects and investors. What I need now is the full video: a 16×9 frame with a realistic office-setting avatar anchored on the left, leaving open real estate on the right for dynamic overlays. The tone of the on-screen presenter must stay professional, and the visuals should feel crisp and modern.
Here’s the flow I have in mind. The avatar—alternating naturally between a male and a female model—delivers the voice-over while the camera cuts between subtle zooms, slight angle shifts, and an occasional wider shot to keep energy high. On the open right side, you’ll time-sync text annotations and clean graphs or charts that illustrate key data points from the script. No cartoon look; the avatar should read as photoreal 3D or high-end AI, lit like a real office.
Deliverables I expect
• Final mastered video in 1080p (ProRes or high-bit-rate MP4)
• Separate clean version without graphics so future overlays can be swapped
• Project files (Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent) with organized layers for the avatar, text, and charts
• All custom assets (avatar renders, graph artwork, fonts) in neatly labeled folders
Acceptance criteria
1. Avatar lip-sync and facial movement match the supplied voice track with no uncanny stutters.
2. Right-side text annotations fade/slide in on cue, remain readable, and exit cleanly.
3. Graphs or charts use brand colors I will provide and animate smoothly.
4. Overall runtime lands within 1 min 50 s – 2 min 10 s.
5. First rough cut delivered for feedback within the agreed timeline; two revision rounds included.
If this aligns with your skills in realistic 3D avatar production, lip-sync, and motion graphics, let’s get started—I’m ready to send over the script, logo assets, and brand palette today.
