Back to the Future Flying Time Train

I am looking for someone to design and build a Back to the Future Flying Time Train for decoration purposes. I have specific design requirements for this project, so I am looking for a freelancer who is experienced with this kind of project. Ultimately, I want the train to look as close to the movie's vision as possible. The timeline for this project should be however long it takes for the freelancer to complete it, but I am willing to work with the freelancer on agreeable deadlines.
