Airport Model Building Creation

I need 3-5 buildings for an airport model, including a control tower, hangar, train caboose for use Microsoft Flight Sim 2024

Requirements:
- Moderate (LOD) level of detail for each building exterior.
- Progressive models with increasing LOD ( LOD 0 = highest detail to achieve moderate detail (4k-6k vertices?? need your recommendation to LOD 0 = minimum of 150 vertices)
- 2 quanset style hangers with larger hanger doors open at one end
- 1 white fabric hanger with bi fold doors (open at one end) and airport info text on side of hanger.
- 1 red caboose (please quote with and without moderate detail interior.
- Use of painted wood and weathered steel materials
- Piper Cub logo over hanger
- model format GITF
- disclose where you expect AI will and will not be used to assist with base, foundational, wireframe modeling.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience in scale model building
- Proficiency in working with wood and metal textures
- Attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications
