Premium Logo Redesign & 2D + 3D Brand Asset Creation – The Realty Bulls Brokerage

Project Description

In order to award the task, please provide a sample concept of your work upfront using my logo so that I can decide quickly.
I am looking for an experienced brand designer with strong 2D and 3D expertise to transform our existing symbol for “The Realty Bulls Brokerage®” into a truly distinctive, premium brand asset.
The objective is to elevate brand recognition through a modern, illustrated, upscale corporate logo that works seamlessly across print, digital, and animated intros.
This is a serious branding project intended for long-term, multi-channel use.

Scope of Work

You will refine and modernize our existing logo/symbol while retaining its identity and the registered trademark symbol (®).

1. Logo Versions (Both Required)

Version 1: Font-based logo (clean, modern, corporate)
Version 2: Font + round / emblem-style logo
Mandatory Final Colour Versions (4 Sets Required)
You must deliver all four colour variations below as final outputs:
Black, Gold & White (primary luxury version)
Blue, Red & White
Blue, Black & White
Red, Black & White
Each colour set must be visually balanced, professional, and suitable for both digital and print use.

2. Visual Treatments

One hero version in rich, shiny gold with a premium, sophisticated finish
Clean, modern illustration style (no generic or stock look)
All versions must retain the ® registered trademark symbol

3. 3D Logo Rendering

Fully modelled 3D logo suitable for light animation
Realistic metallic gold materials with professional lighting
Clean geometry optimized for motion graphics
Accepted 3D formats:
OBJ, FBX (or equivalent industry-standard formats)
Files must be ready to hand off directly to a motion designer.

4. Final Deliverables

You must provide all source and export files, including:
Vector files: AI, EPS, SVG
High-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds
3D files: OBJ / FBX
Organized, editable source files

Technical Requirements

2D Design: Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent professional tools)
3D Design: Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar professional software

Strong experience in luxury branding and metallic finishes
Proven ability to design logos for animation and motion use
Acceptance Criteria
Premium, upscale, corporate feel
Modern and distinctive (not template-based)
Perfect scalability across all media
Gold finish must look realistic and polished, not flat
Clean detailing, accurate proportions, and professional presentation
