Elegant 3D Logo & Portfolio

I’m kicking off a small start-up and need an experienced creative partner who can give it a polished public face. First, I want a classic, elegant 3-dimensional logo—think timeless rather than trendy—delivered in all the standard formats (vector, hi-res PNG, favicon, social thumbnails).

Right after that comes a clean portfolio website. It will be a single, responsive build with the following core sections:
• About Me
• Projects (each project must let me embed a YouTube video and drop an Instagram link)
• Contact
• Blog / News feed for future updates

The site’s main call-to-action is a short lead-generation survey. I’ll provide 12–15 questions to capture visitor details and product interests; your job is to style and integrate that form, store the responses, and route notifications to my email.

I value a consultative approach—walk me through design choices, hosting options, and any plug-ins or frameworks you suggest (WordPress, Webflow, React, etc.). Everything must stay within my fixed budget, so please outline milestones and what each covers before we start.

Deliverables considered complete when:
1. Logo files are approved and ready for print & web.
2. Website is live on my domain, fully responsive, with survey data flowing into my inbox.
3. I receive a quick-start guide (video or PDF) showing how to add new projects, blog posts, and media links on my own.
