Detailed 3D Site Plan Visualization

I need to turn a set of 2-D layout drawings into photorealistic, top-view 3-D site plan renderings. The first phase of the job is the site plan only—the sports-uniform graphics will come later, so all of our immediate focus is on the 3-D work.

Scope
The model must read clearly from above and feel believable up close, so please include accurate building masses, hardscape, softscape, and natural textures. Realistic grass, trees, paths, and paving are essential, but elaborate day-night lighting passes are not required at this stage.

Timeline
I’m on an ASAP schedule; the first draft render is ideal within a week of kickoff, with finals shortly after revisions.

Must-have skills
• Proven architectural visualization portfolio
• Comfort with tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Twinmotion
• An eye for landscape composition and material realism
