Project Title: 3D Event Layout Design for Marathon Event

Description:
We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D designer to create a 3D event layout for an upcoming Marathon Event. The design should visually represent the event area and help with planning and presentation.

Scope of Work:

Create a detailed 3D layout based on the provided ground plan / photo reference

Include the following key zones:

Main Stage (16x12 ft) with Emcee and Zumba Team

VIP Gazebo Tent (20x20 ft)

Physio & Medical Tent

Breakfast / Refreshment Area

Trophies & Memento Table near the stage

Photo Booths

Entry/Exit gates and barricades

Branding and sponsor zones

Ensure realistic dimensions and a professional event-day look

Deliverables:

3D rendered images and/or walkthrough video of the venue layout

Source file (SketchUp / Blender / 3ds Max / similar)

Requirements:

Experience in 3D event design, stage layout, or exhibition visualization

Ability to interpret 2D sketches or photos into 3D models

Fast turnaround and attention to detail

Location:
Pune, India (remote collaboration acceptable)
