Realistic Morphing FX for Short Film

I need realistic and detailed morphing special effects for a short digital film based on a script. Currently it is only in Script form. I will be producing the short film and I am seeking to make up a budget so I can gain finance. I am seeking the costs of editing and morphing many actions of (sheep.) I need a quote first so I can include the costs in the budget, before production starts. Can a quote be provided? I have provided the script. Would you need me to mark the parts that will need morphing before a quote can be provided?
