Realistic Hair Addition to Portrait

I need an artist to finish a portrait of my partner. I've drawn the portrait, but I can't complete the hair.

Requirements:
- Realistic hair rendering
- Wavy hair texture

I have attached both the portrait I have been working on and also the reference photo I am working from. Please provide examples of your work with wavy dark hair if possible.
