Modern Small-House Interior Renders

I own a compact single-storey home and want a cohesive modern look across three spaces—living room, kitchen, and bedroom. To plan my purchases and finishes with confidence, I need both thoughtful design guidance and clear, photo-realistic visuals.

Deliverables I’d like to receive:
• A unified modern concept for each room, including colour palette, materials, lighting ideas, and space-saving suggestions.
• Scaled floor plan and furniture layout that respect existing walls, doors, and windows.
• High-resolution still renders from multiple angles, plus the editable 3D source file.
• A simple shopping & materials list so I can source items locally.

I’ll supply accurate measurements, current photos, and any structural constraints as soon as we begin. Two feedback rounds should be enough for fine-tuning colours or furniture choices. Please mention the software you prefer—SketchUp, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender, or similar—and share examples of modern interiors you’ve already visualised.

Everything should be ready for screen or print within two weeks of kickoff.
