Modern 3D Exhibition Stall Design

Job ID: 40361872

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

For an upcoming trade show I’m preparing a product-focused stall and I need a full 3D concept that feels modern and sleek from every angle. The goal is simple: create a space that draws visitors straight to the products, guides their movement naturally, and photographs beautifully for marketing material.

Here’s what I’m expecting:
• A complete 3D model of the stall, ready for fabrication teams to reference (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender are all fine—use whichever you’re fastest with).
• Four to six high-resolution still renders showing key viewpoints: front, side, overhead, and a visitor-eye “walk-through” shot.
• A short fly-through animation (15–20 sec) or an interactive orbit file so stakeholders can explore the layout themselves.
• Source files with organized layers, materials, and textures so minor tweaks can be handled in-house later.

Key design cues:
• Clean lines, minimal clutter, subtle lighting accents—think brushed metal, matte whites, and a single bold brand colour pop.
• Clear product focal points: plinths, shelving, or recessed niches that keep the merchandise front and centre.
• Integrated lighting suggestions that highlight products without washing out the overall mood.

Final deliverables must arrive no later than 10 days after project kickoff; I’ll provide brand guidelines, product dimensions, and floor-space constraints on day one. If the concept nails the brief, there’s potential for follow-on work adapting the design to other booth sizes.
