Modern Architectural Photorealistic Rendering ASAP
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a contemporary building turned into a fully detailed 3-D model and then rendered to a photoreal standard as quickly as possible. The sketches, plans and material references are ready to share the moment we start; I simply need someone who can translate them into a clean, accurate model and deliver high-resolution stills that will impress a client presentation.
Scope
• Model the exterior (and a few key interior vantage points) true to the provided drawings, respecting modern design cues—clean lines, generous glazing, realistic materials and lighting.
• Produce at least three 4K renders: two daylight angles plus one atmospheric dusk/night shot.
• Supply the native scene file (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender or similar) along with all texture maps so we can create extra views later without rebuilding anything.
• Tight turnaround: first draft images within a few days, final approved renders immediately after revisions.
Acceptance criteria
1. Geometry matches plans within a few centimetres.
2. Materials look physically plausible (PBR workflow).
3. Renders are noise-free, properly exposed and ready to drop into a presentation.
4. All source files open error-free.
