Luxury 3D Real Estate Animation
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a premium-grade 3D animation that instantly communicates the sophistication of our real estate brand and boosts overall brand awareness. The spot will run on our website, social channels, and in-office displays, so it has to look cinematic—think smooth camera moves over striking architecture, refined lighting, and an aspirational mood that feels unmistakably high-end.
Key points I must see:
• Our company logo featured seamlessly, preferably revealed in an elegant, architectural way.
• Our slogan woven into the storytelling or closedown frame so it’s memorable without feeling forced. "buying or leasing, choose nobody buy Auston Grand"
Here’s the flow I have in mind: you develop a short script and storyboard, we lock that, then you produce the full 3D piece with sound design. I’ll need review stages (style frames, rough cut, final) with at least one revision round at each stage to make sure brand colours, typography, and overall polish are spot-on.
Final deliverables:
1. 60-90 sec 4K master in MP4 (H.264)
2. Optimised 1080p version for social media
3. Clean logo reveal segment exported separately with alpha
4. Original project files (Blender, C4D, or equivalent) so our in-house team can update if needed
