FiveM MLO Expert: Custom 1980s "Noir" LSPD Station + Police Garage (Davis PD)
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am seeking a skilled 3D Environment Artist to create a brand-new, custom MLO interior for the Davis Police Department building. This building currently has no interior; you will be designing a "Retro Noir" 1980s/90s precinct from scratch.
The "Noir" Aesthetic
I want a gritty, cinematic look (think L.A. Confidential or Se7en).
Visuals: Dark wood panelling, olive green/beige "institutional" walls, and worn linoleum floors.
Lighting: Warm, slightly yellowed fluorescent lighting with deep shadows.
Tech: All props should be period-accurate (CRT monitors, analogue clocks, typewriters, old-school filing cabinets).
Required Rooms (The Layout)
Public Lobby: Small, gated reception area with a bulletproof glass partition.
The Bullpen: Central open-plan room with 6-10 desks for officers.
Captain’s Office: A glass-walled office overlooking the bullpen.
Interrogation Room: Dark, cramped room with a single hanging light and one-way mirror.
Holding Area: Old-school barred jail cells.
Police Garage: An attached, functional garage patrol cars. This needs proper vehicle collisions and a retro industrial look (exposed pipes, concrete, and dim lighting).
Technical Requirements
Optimization: High performance is a priority. Textures must be compressed and LODs properly set to prevent "texture loss" or frame drops.
Branding: Use the provided LSPD logo for all interior and exterior signage and decals.
