Create 3D Avatar of Deceased Son

I'm seeking an experienced 3D artist to recreate a lifelike 3D avatar of my deceased son from a variety of photos. This avatar is intended to help keep his memory alive, use his personality to continue selling products of his company. I have some videos and sound track, must be 100% looking and sounding like him

Key Requirements:
- The avatar must accurately capture his facial features and body structure and sound
- The artist will work from a variety of photos I provide.
