3D inventer draftsman draw up a steel wheelie bin tipper for fabrication

YOU MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN STEEL FABRICATION DRAWINGS
I am looking for someone to draw up in 3D inventor a wheelie bin tipper with a weight capacity of up to 50kg. The tipper should be constructed using steel materials, and there are no specific dimensions or size requirements.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in 3D modelling and drawing
- Knowledge of steel materials and their properties
- Experience in designing and constructing tipping mechanisms
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specifications accurately.
The tipper needs tip 2 Australian 240L domestic bins or 1 x 360L and 1 x 240L
Need to be able to stop half way to wash the bottom of bins
Need to be able to bold on to a tail gate of a ute
Need be manual tipping
Is for washing wheelie bins
Need DXF cutting files to send to fabrication shop to build
