Wet Area Drawings from Archicad for a small single storey house
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I will share the current Archicad model (exported to DWG) and need it turned into fully resolved working drawings for every wet area in the project—bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms. The base geometry is already in place; what I’m missing are the construction-ready sheets that show exactly how each space is to be built.
Scope of work
• Use the supplied Archicad/DWG files as the starting point.
• Produce detailed plans, reflected ceilings, elevations, sections and enlarged details for all wet areas.
• Include dimensions, set-outs for tiling and cabinetry, waterproofing build-ups, fixture and fitting locations, electrical and plumbing rough-ins, material call-outs and any necessary schedules.
• Layering, line-weights and annotation style must follow the specific standards I will describe in writing (they reflect local code plus some office conventions).
Deliverables
1. PDF sheets ready for immediate issue to site.
2. Editable Archicad (or DWG) files with clean layering so they can slot straight back into the master model.
Acceptance criteria
• Every dimension can be traced back to the original model; no missing information.
• Details comply precisely with the written standards I forward.
• Files open error-free in Archicad 26 and AutoCAD 2020.
