Because this is for a “complete water package,” I’m looking for more than a simple sketch—I want a fully notated drawing and written guide that an inspection team, contractor, or maintenance crew can follow without second-guessing anything.

The package must cover:
• Dimension specifications for every component of the hydrant body and branch connections
• Material specifications called out by ASTM, AWWA, or equivalent where relevant
• A clear installation procedure, from trench prep through back-fill and testing
• Piping layout showing run lengths, fittings, and thrust block locations
• Valve specifications tied to the piping layout, including size, rating, and operator type
• Recommended hydrant placement with minimum/maximum offsets and clearances

Final deliverables: a layered, editable CAD file (DWG or compatible) plus a PDF ready for printing/field tablets. Label views, section cuts, and bill of materials so the sheet set stands on its own.
