Update Existing CAD House Plans
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
I already have a set of house plans in CAD format and now need them revised. You will receive the original CAD file (.dwg format).
The exact scope of revision is still open and it will likely take a few iterations as we work through our renovation project.
The first step will be to:
• make some changes to the floor plans
• fully dimension the floorplans (they are missing some details)
• add a window and doors schedule
• add a demolition plan
What I need from you
• Updated CAD files reflecting all required changes
• A printable PDF set generated from the revised drawings
• A short change log so I can track what was modified
Please let me know your typical turnaround time for similar plan updates and which CAD platform (AutoCAD, Revit-export, or equivalent) you prefer to use. If you have questions about the brief, ask away—I’d like to get the revisions underway as soon as we agree on the approach.
