Standard Drywall Partition Drawing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a clean, fully-dimensioned drywall partition layout produced in AutoCAD and delivered as a DWG file that I can forward straight on for professional endorsement.
Scope
• Wall build-up: standard metal stud and drywall system.
• Boundary conditions: the partition sits on a cement floor and anchors into an existing concrete ceiling; show the appropriate track, fixing and deflection details for both.
• Annotation: include my company name and address prominently in the title block.
• Sheet setup: one A1 sheet is fine, but keep the drawing tidy, layered logically and ready for plotting at 1:50.
What I will look at when selecting: I’m only asking to see past work—send a couple of sample interior or partition drawings that show your detailing quality. No long proposals are necessary.
Deliverable checklist

2. PDF plot for quick review
