SolidWorks Part Modeling & Stress Simulation
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
A mechanical part has to be modeled in SolidWorks, assembled with its mating components, documented in fully-dimensioned 2D drawings, and verified through a SolidWorks stress analysis. Native .SLDPRT, .SLDASM, and drawing files are required, along with a short report summarising boundary conditions, material data, mesh settings, and key results (von Mises, displacement, safety factor).
Deliverables
• Parametric 3D model of the part
• Complete assembly with proper mates
• Manufacturing-ready 2D drafting package (PDF + DWG)
• SolidWorks Simulation study file + concise results report
Acceptance will be based on model accuracy to supplied dimensions, rebuild integrity, clear, uncluttered drawings that follow ISO/ANSI conventions, and a simulation report that demonstrates factor-of-safety compliance under the specified load case.
