SketchUp 2023Pro Floor Plan Draft

I have a set of existing floor-plan PDFs that I need recreated as a clean, fully-scaled model in SketchUp 2023 Pro. Please import or trace the drawings so that every wall, door, and window aligns accurately with the original dimensions, and make sure the file opens without version warnings in SketchUp 2023.

Deliverables
• One .skp file that mirrors the PDF layout, organised on sensible layers and grouped for easy editing
• Any reference images or textures you apply, packed with the model

Acceptance criteria
• Overall footprint and room sizes match the PDFs to scale
• No stray or duplicate geometry; model is lightweight and easy to orbit
• Saved in native 2023Pro format
