Sketch to Detailed DWG Plan

I will send you a clear hand-drawn sketch of a single-story layout together with a plan of a house that the client likes The task is to recreate that sketch as a precise CAD floor plan, complete with all measurements.

The finished drawing must be supplied in DWG format (AutoCAD 2018-compatible or newer). Please keep the file organized—separate layers for walls, doors, windows, dimensions, and annotations—so I can edit it later if needed. Scale should be 1/4/1', and every dimension I provide has to appear exactly as written.

Acceptance criteria
• Accurate replication of all dimensions and wall positions
• Clean, closed polylines for walls and clear, associative dimension strings
• No missing openings or structural notes from the sketch
• DWG file opens error-free, plus an optional PDF export for quick viewing
• Turnaround: 4 days from the moment you receive my sketch and measurements
There likely will be 3 revisions to this and the timeline may extend into 10 days.

Any CAD package is fine—AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD—as long as the exported DWG meets the requirements above.
