Site Plan Updates & Access Design
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m working with a PDF-based site plan that now needs two clear updates. First, I want the existing drawing revised to show accurate road widths, clearly marked parking bays and any other notes that will help the reader understand how the traffic areas are intended to function. Second, I need a separate drawing that focuses on circulation: access loops and turning circles sized for emergency vehicle access.
You can redraw or trace the current PDF in AutoCAD (or your preferred CAD package) as long as the final files come back to me in both editable CAD and print-ready PDF formats. Accuracy to scale is essential; the fire-truck turning template has to close without overlaps, and the parking counts must match the numbers already approved.
Deliverables
• Updated base plan with all new widths, parking and annotations inserted
• Dedicated access-loop / turning-circle plan highlighting emergency vehicle paths
• Both drawings supplied as PDF for sign-off and the corresponding DWG (or equivalent) for our records
