Semi-Trailer Grain Tipper Workshop Drawings
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I need a full set of workshop drawings for a semi-trailer grain tipper that my fabrication team can build without guesswork.
Scope
• Produce clear Top, Side and Isometric views.
• Include complete dimensional measurements—overall lengths, frame spacing, plate thicknesses, bolt hole locations and any critical tolerances.
• Specify all materials: steel grades, sheet gauges, section sizes and any proprietary components.
• Detail every weld: type, size, length, sequence and any prep requirements.
Format & Tools
Drawings must be delivered in both PDF for shop floor printouts and editable DWG (AutoCAD) or SolidWorks files for future revisions. Use standard drafting conventions so the files slot straight into our existing CAD library.
Expectations
1. Start with a quick call to confirm axle group, hydraulic ram placement and tipping angle.
2. Provide a first draft for review; I’ll mark up any adjustments in under 48 hours.
3. Supply the final, fabrication-ready package, clearly numbered and cross-referenced.
An eye for manufacturability is crucial—if you spot a clash or an impractical joint, flag it and suggest an alternative. If you’ve created similar trailer or agricultural equipment drawings before, mention it and feel free to share a sample page.
