SHS Steel Fabrication Drawings Cut-List
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have attached a finished 3D model that must be broken down into shop-ready fabrication drawings. Every member is 50 × 50 × 5 mm SHS in S355 steel and the drawings will go straight to the workshop for manufacturing, so clarity and completeness are critical.
What I need
• PDF fabrication sheets for each part and sub-assembly, fully dimensioned and identified with unique piece marks.
• A consolidated cutting list showing length, quantity, material grade and weight.
• Detailed weld specifications on the drawings (size, type, length and symbol), referenced to the appropriate standard.
Views, sections or exploded details are welcome wherever they make the welder’s job easier, but the deliverables above are mandatory. Accuracy to the attached model and tidy, legible detailing will be the basis for acceptance.
