Restaurant Floor Plan DWG Conversion
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I have an existing restaurant floor plan in PDF format that needs to be rebuilt as a fully editable DWG. The space is somewhere between 100 sqm and 300 sqm, and I’d like the new file to mirror the original drawing while giving me the flexibility that comes with proper CAD layers.
Scope of work
• Re-draft every element shown in the PDF, keeping true dimensions and scale.
• Separate layers for interior walls, fixed furniture, loose furniture, and the complete electrical layout.
• Add clear annotations and symbols so the file is construction-ready—labels on rooms, furniture tags, circuit references, and any callouts visible on the PDF.
Deliverable
A single, clean DWG that opens flawlessly in AutoCAD 2021 (or later), with layers logically named and no unexploded blocks. I’ll run a quick cross-check against the PDF; if geometry, text, or scaling is off, I’ll return it for tweaks, so please leave a bit of slack for one round of revisions.
