Resort MEP & Structural Drawings
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m wrapping up the architectural design for a two-storey resort (total built-up 265 sqm on a 300 sqm plot) that includes a separate gazebo and a guard room with toilets. I already have detailed architectural plans in DWG; now I need high-detail MEP and structural packages I can submit for permitting and take straight to site within four days.
Scope
• Structural calculations and drawings for the main building, gazebo, and guard room—foundations, columns, beams, slabs, roof, and all necessary reinforcement details.
• Full MEP set covering HVAC, electrical, and plumbing:
– HVAC layouts with equipment sizing, ducting, and ventilation schedules.
– Electrical single-line diagrams, lighting and power layouts, panel schedules, and load calculations.
– Plumbing and drainage plans, hot/cold water schematic, septic tank sizing, and external water tank details.
• Coordination between disciplines to avoid clashes and maintain clear service routes.
• Output in both PDF and original CAD, layered and labeled for easy review.
• Drawings accurate enough for municipal approval and onsite execution.
Notes
• The pool is prefabricated fiberglass and excluded from this scope.
• All work must comply with local codes (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia); please reference the applicable standards you’ll follow.
• Deadline is firm: complete, checked, and delivered within 4 calendar days.
