I need detailed structural sections for a residential building. These sections must include comprehensive materials specifications.

REQUEST FOR COMPLETE STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS

I am currently preparing engineering documentation for certification in Victoria, Australia, and require complete structural
design details for the shipping container units being manufactured at your facility.
To ensure compliance with Australian structural engineering standards, I require the following information for each container
or expandable unit being supplied:
1. Complete Structural Drawings
- Full architectural and engineering drawings in CAD or PDF format
- Clearly marked external and internal dimensions, elevations, and section views
- All cut-outs (doors, windows, mechanical openings) must be shown, including sizes and locations
2. Steel Specification
- Type of steel used (e.g. Q235, Q345, or equivalent)
- Wall, roof, and floor panel thicknesses in mm
- Base frame steel type and thickness
- Corrosion protection (e.g. galvanisation, paint specs)
3. Structural Framing and Beam Details
- Full list of beam types used (e.g. C-section, I-beam, RHS, SHS, etc.)
- Beam dimensions and wall thicknesses
- Welding specifications (e.g. continuous or spot weld, welding rod type)
- Connection method for expandable sections (if applicable), including hinge and lock specs
- Reinforcement strategies around major cut-outs
4. Floor and Roof Load Ratings
- Maximum live load capacity for floor (in kPa)
- Roof load and wind rating (if known)
- Intended load path and anchoring/footing points
5. Manufacturing Standards
- Confirm what building or fabrication codes are used in your factory (e.g. Chinese GB standards, ISO standards)
- Any quality control certificates or testing results available (e.g. tensile test reports, weld tests)
This information is critical for my Victorian-registered engineer to complete certification for submission to Ballarat Council
or other local authorities. The more detailed and complete the data, the faster we can progress to approvals.
