Residential Stamped Drawings for Addition

I need an engineer to provide residential stamped drawings for a small addition of 288 sq feet to my main house. The addition will include a foyer and master closet on the main floor, as well as a storage room on the second floor. The walls are 14’ and the front height to the peak is 20’. The main residential areais actually a conversion of a portion of a 7500 sq ft agricultural building. The entire structure was built 30 years ago50’ x 150’ clear span.

As it is being added onto an existing structure the existing foundation wall to match is 2 ft. Also we have the ability to put in 4”piles in the new foundation. The plan would be to pour cement down the piles and around the piles. The existing portion has a concrete slab. We would then run rebar from the new foundation over the addition and over the existing concrete. Pour cement over the entire 288 sq ft addition as well as the 2000 soft main area at a depth of 4”.

Location is the MD of Fairview,Alberta Canada.
