Residential Plot Merger Drafting Plans

I’m merging existing residential lots and immediately re-subdividing them, and I need precise drafting support to turn my survey data and hand sketches into clean, submission-ready plans. Local zoning is already sorted on my end, so the assignment focuses purely on producing accurate drawings that meet standard land-registry and council presentation requirements.

Here’s what I’m expecting:
• A consolidated base plan showing the lots merged, with all current easements, setbacks, and services reflected.
• A new subdivision layout with clear boundary dimensions, bearings, area calculations, and lot identifiers.
• Layered CAD files (DWG/DXF) and matching print-scale PDFs suitable for electronic lodgement.

I’ll provide the existing survey, title information, and any council templates as soon as we start. Please work in a mainstream CAD platform—AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar—so the files slot straight into my engineer’s workflow.
