Residential Architectural & Interior Design Drafting
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I'm looking for a skilled draftsman / architectural/interior design CAD technician to complete the RIBA Stage 4B technical drawings for a residential renovation project in the UK.
The Building Control drawings have already been completed, and I need someone to develop them further by preparing detailed plans and elevations for:
heating;
electrical;
lighting;
plumbing and sanitaryware;
ventilation;
joinery;
flooring;
finishes and decorative materials;
together with the associated schedules and specifications.
Please provide a portfolio showcasing similar work.
