Residential Architectural Drafting Needed

I’m preparing a brand-new home build and need a skilled civil draftsman to turn my preliminary sketches and measurements into detailed architectural drawings. This isn’t just a basic set of floor plans—I require fully annotated plans, elevations, sections, and key construction details that a builder and permitting office can work from.

You’ll be working on a single-family residence, so accuracy, local code awareness, and an eye for constructability are essential. I’m comfortable with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD or Revit; just be sure the final files arrive in both editable DWG (or RVT) and print-ready PDF.

Deliverables
• Dimensioned floor plans for each level
• Front, rear, and side elevations with material notes
• Cross-sections highlighting critical structural elements
• Door, window, and finish schedules
• Site plan showing setback compliance

I’ll supply rough layouts, room specifications, and any site surveys I have on hand as soon as we start. Two rounds of revisions are baked in so we can fine-tune everything to meet local regulations and my aesthetic goals.
