Residential Architectural CAD Drafting
Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 INR
I’m preparing a set of residential drawings and need a skilled CAD drafter to translate my design sketches into clean, construction-ready files. The focus is purely architectural—accuracy in wall types, openings, dimensions, and building codes relevant to housing is essential.
You’ll receive rough hand sketches and reference images. From these, I need three coordinated drawing sets produced in AutoCAD (DWG) and PDF:
• Floor plans
• Elevation drawings
• Section drawings
Each sheet should follow standard architectural conventions, use consistent layering, and be ready for plotting at 1/4" = 1'-0" (or metric 1:50, if you prefer). I’ll review mark-ups twice; please allow for two revision rounds before final delivery.
If you’re comfortable working with residential layouts ,commercial, can meet typical file-naming standards, and can turn around drawings within a week, let’s get started.
