G+1 Residence MEP Drawings

My new 2,250 sq ft G+1 home is entering the services-design stage and I need a complete, coordinated MEP package I can hand straight to my local contractors and the permitting office.

Electrical
The entire building must be covered. I need circuits and panel schedules for a 3-phase EB supply, clear provisions for a future inverter and rooftop solar connection, proper earthing, load calculations, conduit routing, and all standard safety practices called out on the drawings.

Plumbing
Please include full water-supply layouts, a detailed drainage system, and an integrated rain-water-harvesting scheme, complete with pipe sizing, slopes, and recommended fixture specs.

Mechanical
A simple mechanical scope—mainly the exhaust fan sizing, placement, and duct routing for both kitchens—still needs to be shown so nothing clashes with the other services.

Deliverables
• Coordinated Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical drawings in DWG and printable PDF
• Single-line diagrams, legends, and notes required for permit approval
• A short design brief summarising load and sizing assumptions
