Replicate & Amend PDF House Plans

I have a complete set of residential house plans locked in PDF format. Your job is to recreate the drawings accurately in CAD, then incorporate several changes so the new set is council-ready under current Australian Standards.

Key alterations
• Southern elevation: add a deck with a fly-over roof.
• East and west elevations: add carports that integrate structurally with the existing roof line.
• Floor and site plans: revise door orientation, note bushfire outlets, and show any additional structural elements these changes trigger.

Because bushfire outlets, door swings and other structural amendments are now part of the scope, the updated plans must clearly annotate each of these items in accordance with local code and AS 1684 framing provisions.

Deliverables (all in both CAD and PDF):
1. Fully redrawn floor plan, elevations, roof, and site plan reflecting every change.
2. Layered, editable source file suitable for further engineering or energy assessments.
3. A neat presentation set ready for submission to council or private certifier.
