Ranch Homeplan with walkout basement Drafting

I’m ready to move from sketches and inspiration boards to a full set of architectural drawings for a single-family, ranch-style residence with three bedrooms. The design should capture the easy, single-level living typical of a ranch—open communal spaces, good indoor-outdoor flow, and efficient circulation—while still giving each bedroom privacy.

What I need from you:

• Scaled floor plan that clearly defines room sizes, traffic flow, and placement of windows and doors
• Front, rear, and side elevations showing roof pitch, exterior materials, and key architectural details
• Basic electrical and plumbing layouts suitable for permitting and initial builder estimates
• A simple site plan indicating driveway approach, patio/deck areas, and recommended setbacks

I’ll supply a rough hand-drawn sketch of the desired layout, preferred room dimensions, and photos of exterior finishes I like. Local zoning data and any required code information can also be provided upon request to keep us compliant.

Please deliver PDF sets ready for permit submission plus the editable CAD or BIM source file (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). If you use SketchUp or another platform I’m open, as long as the final PDFs and one modifiable file are included.

Timeline: first draft asap to start project start, revisions in the following week until we have a permit-ready package.
