Ongoing 3D Product Drafting

Job ID: 40114109

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

I need a reliable 3D designer who lives and breathes consumer-product work and can jump on quick requests—sometimes as simple as an extrusion tweak, other times a small electronics module or new plug end. Most jobs arrive sporadically, yet when they do I expect a fast, clean turnaround: think one-hour edits back in my hands within 24 hours.

The parts you create must succeed both as 3D-printed prototypes initially and then in eventual manufacturing runs, so I’m counting on your genuine PRODUCT DESIGN and PARTS MANUFACTURING background. This includes knowing how to fillet for mold release, set tolerances for snap fits, and keep overhangs friendly for FDM printers.

Your tool of choice can be AutoCAD or any comparable package, as long as the output formats (STEP, STL, native file) arrive ready for the next stage. Clear, fluent English and crisp communication are essential because detailed instructions fly back and forth quickly, often during Mountain-time business hours.

Please show images or links that prove previous consumer-product successes, outline how you price hourly (targeting under $15 USD), and confirm that “both prototyping and manufacturing” is how you already approach design decisions. If that sounds like your wheelhouse, let’s get started on the first quick task together.

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE GENUINE PRODUCT DESIGN and PARTS MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE.
