Modern Home Structural Blueprint Drafting

I already have a clean CAD floor plan for a 1-bed/1-bath, 1,200 sq ft modern home with an attached garage. What I’m missing is the complete structural and utility package that a building department can stamp tomorrow.

Here’s what needs to be turned into fully detailed construction documents:

• Foundation plan, footing/slab sizing, and radon-ready notes
• Framing layouts identifying every load-bearing wall, beam, lintel, and header
• Roof structure with truss/rafter specifications and sections
• Plumbing and cold/hot water runs, fixture locations, venting, and shut-offs
• Electrical layout—circuits, panel schedule, lighting, and outlets
• Energy-efficient details, radiant heated floor zones, and mini-split A/C + backup heat positioning
• General notes, schedules, and any code references required for permit approval

I’ll supply the DWG of the finished floor plan the moment we start. I prefer the final set delivered in both native CAD (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and print-ready PDF sheets.
