Scope
• Produce clean, construction-ready elevations for my building concept.
• Follow a distinctly modern aesthetic—simple lines, balanced proportions, no ornate detailing.
• Provide both the finished PDFs and the editable CAD files so I can make future tweaks if needed.
Workflow
1. I’ll share reference sketches, dimensions, and photos of comparable façades.
2. You create initial elevations; we review together on a quick call or chat.
3. Up to two revision rounds to refine materials, window placement, and overall proportions.
4. Final hand-off of layered .dwg (or .dxf) and matching high-resolution PDFs.
