3D Interior Views & AutoCAD Drawings Needed for Apartment

We are working on a project to convert an apartment/house into a professionally designed Airbnb space. For this project, we are looking to hire a skilled 3D visualizer / AutoCAD designer who can convert our ideas and layouts into high-quality 3D views and AutoCAD drawings.
All concepts, design ideas, layout instructions, and references will be provided by us. Your role will primarily be to execute these ideas using your software skills and produce professional drawings and visualizations.
Scope of Work
The initial requirement includes approximately:
12–15 Interior 3D Views / Rendered Images
10–12 AutoCAD Drawings (elevations, layouts, etc.)
Please note:
The number of views/drawings may increase depending on project requirements
Revisions will be required based on feedback from our client
Deliverables
High-quality 3D interior render views
AutoCAD drawings (elevations / layouts)
Editable source files
Payment Options (Freelancer May Quote Either)

Option 1 — Project Based
Total price for the initial scope
Additional cost per extra 3D view
Additional cost per extra AutoCAD drawing
Option 2 — Per Output

Software Requirements
Preferred software experience:
AutoCAD
SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender / Lumion / V-Ray or similar rendering tools
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong experience in interior visualization
Can accurately follow design instructions
Is comfortable with multiple revisions
Can deliver within agreed timelines
Has previous work samples / portfolio
