House Plan - PDF to .DWG conversion
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Hello,
I am looking for an AutoCAD draftsperson to convert a set of architectural and structural PDF plan sheets to editable DWG format for a residential new construction project.
Files to be converted (see attached):
Attached docs, include both combined and individual plan drawings.
Project background:
• 2-story residential home — approx. 2,075 sq ft living area
• Hybrid construction: ICF (1st floor), Cold-Formed Steel / CFS (2nd floor), Structural Steel roof
• DWG files will be used by a licensed Structural Engineer and Civil Engineer for permit submittal
Requirements:
• Clean, editable DWG layers (separate layers for walls, dimensions, text, MEP, structural, etc.)
• All dimensions, annotations, and text must be preserved and editable
• Scale must be maintained and verified
• Delivered in AutoCAD 2018 or later format (.dwg)
• Please provide a per-sheet price and estimated turnaround time
