Full Restaurant Structural Drawings Needed
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m turning my space into a restaurant and need a complete set of structural drawings that I can hand straight to the permit office and my builder. I already sketched the basic layout, but it’s only a rough outline—I need a qualified structural designer or engineer to turn that sketch into accurate, code-compliant documents covering the entire building: kitchen, dining, storage, and all supporting areas.
What I’ll supply:
• My hand-drawn floor plan with measurements, photos of the site, and any notes I’ve gathered from the local authority.
What I expect back:
• Full structural plans (foundation, framing, roof, load calculations).
• Details and schedules for beams, columns, and connections.
• Annotated drawings in PDF for submission and the original editable files (DWG or equivalent).
• A brief revision round to address any comments from my contractor or the council.
