I need a fully dimensioned, scaled site plan that proves my entire resort-style program fits comfortably on a 30 × 50 m plot (1,500 m²). The concept is an eco-friendly tropical retreat, not a conventional condominium, so privacy, lush greenery, and a relaxed flow are essential.
Key requirements
• 14 single-story T2 units (≈45 m² each) arranged for maximum visual and acoustic privacy.
• Each unit must open onto its own private terrace or garden.
• A central parking lot with 14 spaces and easy maneuvering, kept visually soft with planting buffers.
• Reception integrated with a security gatehouse at the main entrance.
• Shared amenities: coworking space, gym, swimming pool, lounge, and a discreet technical area (generator, pumps, water tanks, electrical room, waste).
