Cut-Sheet Drawings for Doors & Windows

I’m ready to move my wood doors and windows from concept into production and I need meticulous cut sheets and fabrication drawings to make that happen. I’ll supply visual references that show the styles, profiles, and overall look I’m after—your role is to translate those references into clear, shop-ready documentation.

You’ll be drafting both the doors and the windows, so accuracy across matching sightlines, stile and rail dimensions, glazing allowances, hardware pockets, and finish call-outs is essential. I expect fully annotated drawings that a fabricator can follow without question: orthographic views, sections, exploded or detail views where joinery needs extra clarity, and a final schedule summarising sizes and quantities.

Preferred file formats are DWG and PDF so the shop can work directly from your CAD files and I can share clean printouts with the team. If you use AutoCAD, Revit, or another professional CAD platform, just let me know—interoperability is key.

Deliverables:

• Consolidated hardware and materials schedule
• Final PDFs and native CAD files

I’ll provide prompt feedback on mark-ups, and we’ll iterate until every line and note is correct. If you have a proven track record in millwork or architectural woodworking documentation, I’d love to see samples of similar projects when you respond.
