Crane Rigging 3D DWG Layout
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a 3D DWG model that illustrates exactly how a crawler crane will extract the convection coil banks from an operating pyrolysis furnace. The model must walk me through every step of the extraction sequence—from the initial rigging setup inside the radiant box to the final lay-down position—so anyone on the lift crew can follow it without ambiguity.
Scope
• Build a dimensionally accurate 3D rigging layout in AutoCAD (DWG).
• Break the model into clear, progressive stages that show the step-by-step extraction process; each stage should be saved on its own layer or view for easy toggling.
• Identify lift points, sling orientations, spreader bars, shackles, and any temporary supports that appear at each stage.
• Allow for two rounds of refinement once my furnace GA and coil drawings are supplied.
What I will provide
• Existing furnace general-arrangement drawings in DWG.
• Coil bank weights, centre-of-gravity data, and allowable lift points.
• Crane capacity chart and site constraints.
Deliverables
1. Native DWG file containing the complete 3D model with staged views.
2. A short PDF snapshot set (screenshots) that mirrors each stage for quick reference on site.
3. A brief text note outlining any critical rigging precautions highlighted in the model.
Desired skills
AutoCAD 3D, rigging design, heavy-lift planning, and familiarity with refinery or furnace maintenance work.
Nice to have
If you happen to be comfortable adding crane positioning or basic load-path checks, mention it—those extras could lead to a follow-on task, but they’re not mandatory for this delivery.
