Convert PDF Elevations to CAD
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have between one and five elevation drawings saved as PDFs that I need rebuilt in native .CAD format so I can import them straight into Home Designer Suite without losing fidelity. Every line, dimension, material note, and annotation must carry over exactly as it appears now—the finished files should look identical to the originals, only fully editable.
The work involves:
• Redrawing each elevation plan to true scale (imperial units)
• Organising layers logically (walls, openings, fixtures, text, dimensions, hatching)
• Preserving all existing call-outs, measurements, and material tags
• Supplying the final files in DWG or DXF alongside the matching PDF for quick verification
I will open the CAD files in Home Designer Suite as the acceptance test, so please keep fonts, line weights, and sheet size consistent to avoid re-formatting on my end. If you have delivered similar PDF-to-CAD conversions before, a brief sample or screenshot will help me award the task quickly.
