Convert Hand Sketch To Plumbing Isometric

I need my hand-drawn isometric of a commercial water-supply system turned into a precise CAD file. The sketch shows the cold and hot-water runs, valves, back-flow preventers, and equipment connections for a meat-processing facility, so accuracy in pipe sizing, elevations, and symbol usage is critical.
