Container Structure As-Built Plans

I need accurate as-built drawings for an unconventional residential building: two 40-ft shipping containers joined beneath a steel overhang that serves as roof and sheltered work area. The goal is a clear structural record I can rely on for future permits and modifications.

Scope of work
• Capture the full footprint, elevations, and roof profile.
• Document container connections, supporting posts, beams, purlins, and any visible weld plates or anchor points.
• Include member sizes, material call-outs, and basic foundation/slab information.
• Produce an editable CAD file (DWG or Revit) and a print-ready PDF set.
